The hypnotic, lovelorn orchestration of songwriter Leah Sanderson, offers a fresh and quintessentially English take on millennial folk. Fresh from the festival circuit which saw live sets at Glastonbury + Green Man Festival. Keto released the debut EP ‘What We Do’ last year finding fans in BBC 6 Music’s Tom Robinson, Amazing Radio, BBC Introducing and Bear’s Den who included a track on a Record Store Day compilation featuring their favorite new acts. Keto has supported the likes of Aldous Harding, Lower Dens, Cattle and Cane, Black Honey, Tom Brosseau and Bob Mould.
The overall sound of The Ruffs is a UK Garage/Indie/Rock blitz with purposeful lyrics about everyday life with the occasional slow heartfelt ballad.
As named by Eddie Argos (Art Brut), is an indie rock band from Nottingham. After a few years of writing music together, Herbie and Jonathon decided to form a full band with Will and Josh in late 2015. Sam Maxwell joined the band in 2016. After forming they started gigging immediately – already building a good name for themselves. After winning multiple competitions including Noise from the Next Generation and the Future Sound of Nottingham competition which saw them playing the Rock City main stage and went on to open Splendour festival ahead of Jess Glynne and The Human League.
